Shipment-Since we currently do not have after-sales service points overseas, all returns must be shipped from your country back to China. Please check and understand your local return shipping policies and regulations in advance.

Contact Us-Please note that once the goods have left Chinese customs, we will no longer accept any returns without prior consultation. If you receive the item and need after-sales service, please contact us to discuss it first. This is very important!

transportation-Additionally, the international shipping costs for returns must be borne by you. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipping process. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your return package.
