· For heat pressing: below 130°C for 10–20 seconds

· Flexible magnetic bases are elastic; ±0.5mm tolerance is normal
· Sintered magnetic bases are rigid — handle with care to avoid chipping

IMPORTANT: While small orders (1-9 pcs) often pass through customs quickly (approx. 1 week), they are still subject to random regulatory checks. If your package is selected for inspection, delivery may be extended to 45-60 days regardless of order size.
2. Understanding "Dual-Use" Customs Clearance

Green Channel (Fast): Most small orders are cleared within 3-5 days of arrival at the gateway.

Regulatory Inspection (Standard): If the export permit is triggered, the mandatory legal processing time is 45-60 days.
3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Address Changes: Contact global01@magtech.group within 24 hours. Once the export permit application is filed, we cannot modify the address.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the customs clearance stage.

A: Your package is likely in the "Export Permit Review" phase (45-60 days).
Refunds&Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the product and wish to return it for a refund, please note the following important points:
Shipment-Since we currently do not have after-sales service points overseas, all returns must be shipped from your country back to China. Please check and understand your local return shipping policies and regulations in advance.
Contact Us-Please note that once the goods have left Chinese customs, we will no longer accept any returns without prior consultation. If you receive the item and need after-sales service, please contact us to discuss it first. This is very important!
transportation-Additionally, the international shipping costs for returns must be borne by you. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.
