- Sintered magnetic bases are rigid — handle with care to avoid chipping

IMPORTANT: While small orders (1-9 pcs) often pass through customs quickly (approx. 1 week), they are still subject to random regulatory checks. If your package is selected for inspection, delivery may be extended to 45-60 days regardless of order size.
2. Understanding "Dual-Use" Customs Clearance

3. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Address Changes: Contact global01@magtech.group within 24 hours. Once the export permit application is filed, we cannot modify the address.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered the customs clearance stage.

A: Your package is likely in the "Export Permit Review" phase (45-60 days).
Refunds&Returns Policy
If you are unsatisfied with the product and wish to return it for a refund, please note the following important points:
Shipment-Since we currently do not have after-sales service points overseas, all returns must be shipped from your country back to China. Please check and understand your local return shipping policies and regulations in advance.
Contact Us-Please note that once the goods have left Chinese customs, we will no longer accept any returns without prior consultation. If you receive the item and need after-sales service, please contact us to discuss it first. This is very important!
transportation-Additionally, the international shipping costs for returns must be borne by you. We do not cover or reimburse return shipping fees. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the return shipping process. We strongly recommend that you purchase shipping insurance for your return package.
